We deliver to Worthing, Shoreham Littlehampton, Horsham.Crawley, and surrounding areas from our shop Mainland UK and international orders we relay

What time will the flowers arrive?

Our general delivery times are between 9.00am and 6.00pm

Is it possible to specify a delivery time for flowers and gifts?

Yes in the areas we deliver to we are unable to guarantee delivery times to Mainland UK and international orders due to the demands placed on other relay members drivers we will do our up most to try to accommodate your request

Can you delivery flowers on Sunday?

Yes we can to Worthing, Shoreham Littlehampton, Horsham.Crawley, and surrounding areas

Can you deliver flowers today?

Yes we can except on public holidays

Is it possible to find out if my order has been delivered?

Yes it is best to wait until after 3 pm as your flowers may be waiting re-delivery (having already tried to deliver your flower or gift)

Is it possible to amend details of my order?

The best method is to contact us immediately quoting your order details followed by your desired amendments Tele: 01903 264181 / 01903 262456

Can deliveries be made to business addresses and hospitals?

Yes we can deliver please provide full and accurate information full name ward number ect

Can you guarantee the flower delivery time of a funeral?

Yes we can please provide as much detail as possible as every care will be taken to ensure that the flowers are delivered in a timely manner

What if recipient is not available to accept the delivery?

The florist delivery driver may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address if possible If this is not possible the florist delivery driver will try to deliver the flowers to the address later in the day

If it has not been possible to deliver the flowers the florist delivery driver will leave a calling card to advise the recipient of the whereabouts of the flowers to contact the shop and arrange re-delivery the same day if possible or on agreed day
